4-H Pet Project to offer Pets on Parade

Join the Forest County 4-H and the Crandon Public Library on Monday, August 6th at 6:00 p.m. for a Pet Show.  4-H Spin Club members have been working hard all summer to put together a Pet Show for youth in our community.  They hope to raise funds at the Pet Show for both the Forest County Animal Shelter and the Crandon Police Department K-9 fund.

Youth and families are encouraged to bring their pet to the Pet Show.  There is a $5.00 per pet admission fee, with all proceeds being donated to either the Animal Shelter of the K-9 fund.

To participate, all animals must be registered with proof of current vaccination.  All Wisconsin Animal Health Regulations will be enforced.  For detailed information on these regulations, please visit https://datcp.wi.gov/Documents/FairRulesAnimals2018.pdf

Registration will begin at 5:15 p.m. in the parking lot of the Crandon Public Library.   Registration forms are available here:  Pet-Show-Registration-Form.

All pets must be leashed or caged during the program.  An adult must accompany entrants under 14 years of age.  Any questions, please feel free to call Michelle at 715-478-7797 or email her at michelle.gobert@wisc.edu
