Apply to become a Forest County Youth Heath Advocate!

Are you a teen or do you know a teen who likes to…

Lead games and activities with younger kids?
Make and eat healthy snacks?
Help others learn?
Practice leadership skills?
Make a difference?

We have an opportunity for you! Forest County UW-Extension has received a FoodSmart Family grant and we are inviting Crandon area middle and high school students to learn about healthy food choices and food preparation, physical activity and then teach these skills to younger kids in Crandon elementary school.

Teens interested in participating are encouraged to pick up an application in the Crandon high school office, or download the application and job description.  Applications are due to Michelle Gobert by Friday, October 26th. For more information about the program, please call Michelle at 715-478-7797.
