2018 Forest County Youth Health Profile Now Available

We are proud to announce that due to collaborative efforts between the Forest County Partnership, and UW-Madison Division of Extension, Forest County, the 2018 Youth Health Profile containing data from the Forest County Youth Risk Behavior Survey that was administered in the Spring of 2018 is now available. Crandon, Laona and Wabeno school districts administered the tests to both middle school and high school students. This is the first time that the survey results have been compiled in a county-wide report.

This report would have not been possible without the commitment and support from the members of the Forest County Partnership.  Members of the Partnership include the School District of Laona, the Wabeno Area School District, the School District of Crandon, the Forest County Health Department, the Forest County Potawatomi Education department and community member volunteers.

The Forest County Youth Health Profile be accessed electronically here.   Contact Michelle Gobert, Division of Extension Youth Development Educator at michelle.gobert@wisc.edu or 715-478-7797 to request a hard copy.   Michelle is also willing to present information from this report with agencies and organizations in the county.  Please contact Michelle to schedule a visit.
