Meet Your County Extension Educator

Chantel Kuczmarski serves as the Community Development Educator for Forest County with UW–Madison Division of Extension. She works alongside local governments, tribal nations, organizations, businesses, and residents to address community challenges and opportunities. With a background in communications, marketing, and community engagement, she enjoys building partnerships and helping communities thrive. Outside of work, Chantel enjoys teaching yoga, spending time with family, and exploring the outdoors.

Chantel helps organizations and groups in Forest County:
- Facilitate conversations that encourage participation and community engagement.
- Build stronger networks and connect to partners and resources.
- Improve communication, build trust, and reduce conflict for groups.
- Measure and evaluate programs and services.
- Identify best practices to strengthen boards and committees.
Chantel can also serve as a liaison to access other Extension programming and resources, including support for economic development, local government, food systems, and cooperatives.
